staging: comedi: me4000: remove ME4000_BOARD_VERSIONS

Remove the terminating entry in the boardinfo so that ARRAY_SIZE
works correctly. Then remove ME4000_BOARD_VERSIONS and just use
ARRAY_SIZE in the probe.
