This package is definitely not finished. Some of the things that still should
be done (patches accepted) are:

    * kde version.
    * integration into default gnome/kde sessions
    * some kind of mechanism to store and display messages emitted from smartd
      when the user is logged out.
        - beware of filling up the disk
