terms of service

1. provider

irc.now is operated by Magickly LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales. by using irc.now you agree to these terms.

2. eligibility

you must be at least 16 years old to use irc.now. if you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. accounts

you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. you must provide accurate information when registering. one account per person.

4. acceptable use

your use of irc.now is subject to our acceptable use policy. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

5. content

you retain ownership of content you upload (images, pastes). by uploading, you grant us a licence to store and serve that content. you must not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates our acceptable use policy.

6. pro subscriptions

pro plans are billed monthly via Stripe. you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. content expiry

free-tier content (images, pastes) expires automatically. pro content may also expire based on your account settings. we are not responsible for expired content.

8. termination

we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our acceptable use policy. you may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. limitation of liability

irc.now is provided "as is" without warranty. to the maximum extent permitted by law, Magickly LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. changes

we may update these terms. continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. material changes will be notified via email or site notice.
