you must not:
harass, threaten, or abuse other users
use the service for spam, phishing, or malware distribution
attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
circumvent rate limits, storage limits, or other platform restrictions
use automated tools to scrape content or create accounts in bulk
impersonate another person or entity
CSAM policy
we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. all uploaded images are automatically scanned. detected material is blocked, logged, and reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA) and NCMEC as required by law. accounts involved are immediately and permanently suspended.

we follow a notice-and-action process consistent with the Digital Services Act (DSA):
report received via form or email
content reviewed by a human moderator
if violating: content hidden or removed, uploader notified
repeat or severe violations result in account suspension
copyright (DMCA)
if you believe content on irc.now infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to hi@irc.now including:
identification of the copyrighted work
URL of the infringing content
your contact information
a statement of good faith belief
a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
enforcement
violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. we may report illegal content to law enforcement.
