Red Hat Consulting was engaged by Acme Inc. to assist with the Application Standardization 2.0 Project.  Three Ansible Tower clusters were established to serve Dev, Test and Prod environments.  Red Hat Consulting collaborated on the creation of 135 compliance and remediation playbooks, and over the course of the engagement scanned the entire Dev environment automatically bringing nearly 200 non-compliant services into compliance and flagging an additional 50 for manual remediation.  Acme's ServiceNow environment now has up-to-date compliance status on every application identified in the Dev environment.  During the course of the engagement three separate demonstrations were provided to Acme executive management as well as several knowledge transfer sessions crafted to ensure that Acme is enabled to begin scanning Test and Prod environments on their own after the necessary approvals.

Red Hat Consulting conducted an architecture review for {cust}'s Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS [ROSA] deployment, aiming to assess and enhance the existing setup's scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Through onsite workshops, we explored the architecture, security practices, multi-cluster management, and third-party tool integrations.

Our assessment revealed that {cust} operates its ROSA clusters at a highly mature level, with well-established processes in place. This review focused on three clusters—Engineering, Non-Prod, and Production—and covered external audit compliance, Advanced Cluster Security [ACS] usage, monitoring, logging, disaster recovery, and SSDLC/DevSecOps maturity. Recommendations were developed to optimize alignment with best practices for security, scalability, and sustainability, addressing any identified gaps to reinforce {cust}’s robust ROSA environment.

This engagement was purely advisory, with no direct changes made to infrastructure.
