Instructions

The high level sections included here are intended to be relevant to ANY and ALL engagements.
Before you remove a section thinking it is not relevant to your engagement, really think on
whether it isn't relevant, or just hasn't been captured yet.

For example, rather then removing the HA or DR section for a solution that did not have any
HA or DR considerations takin into account, list that there was no HA or DR solution put in place
and reference the Decision record that indicates why that is a case and/or that it was simply
out of scope for the current engagement in which case then link to a future recommendation to
introduce solutions for those problems later.
