We apparently just had `openshift-merge-bot` completely discard tide mergeability status (the PR was held, the tests were failing) and apparently just "yolo merge" a PR: <https://github.com/openshift/aws-karpenter-provider-aws/pull/5>. Presumably the software running that bot runs in a place and keeps a log of why it did what it did...is there a way I could see such a log or someone could check so we can figure out what action to take to keep that from happening again?
