Working on music as much as humanly possible (as I am already doing) and hoping people will buy it. In my current mental state it is taking all of my energy to continue existing, I am not able to volunteer. -------------- Increase my ability to pass significantly which is important as being misgendered constantly is very draining. It will also help with my self-esteem to look more proportionate. At the moment the way I am perceived and the nature of my body is a huge deterrent from leaving the house, and breast augmentation + grs will help greatly with this. -------------- Basically I am rendered nigh-dysfunctional due to a conjunction of mental illness and dysphoria. I dropped out of high school, I'm unemployed, it takes a lot of energy to leave the house and I usually get misgendered and regret it. Very frequently I am driven to suicidal ideation by dysphoria. All I do is music but my income from that is very small. I put together a compilation album with some friends and managed to raise three grand from that, but that is obviously not enough. So at the moment I am just working on more albums in hopes to raise more money, but it is difficult, as I am often debilitated by depression, dysphoria, etc, and OCD makes it hard to finish music. In my personal opinion it is ableist to expect volunteer work or consistent community involvement from someone in such a low state of function as myself, but I guess disabled people don't need healthcare or support. So as of now I have about 3000 canadian to my name, all intended to go towards surgery, and I am trying to raise more as we speak. Ironically if I didn't desparately need these surgeries I would probably be able to volunteer, but I can't as of now. ---------------- In Ontario we are all covered by OHIP, but OHIP only covers breast augmentation for breast augmentation if you have nil breast growth after one year of HRT. With your help I hope to be able to pay for it out of pocket and have the procedure ASAP, and GRS at the end of the year. ----------------
