Purpose

This file identifies any long-term risks for scaling the implementation beyond
what was delivered by Services.

= Scaling
The IdM environment is supported for up to fifty (50) replicas in any one given
domain. Scaling beyond this limit may result in degraded performance or
load-induced inability for the primary back-end server to handle all 
traffic / requests. This could result in portions of the infrastructure
disconnecting, not getting updates, or not being able to authenticate users
properly.

= Supportability
As noted above, the IdM product is supported for only up to fifty (50)
replicas per domain. When scaling beyond this size, the client may need to
work with their sales teams and/or consulting delivery teams in order to 
obtain a Support Exception. Without this Support Exception, client runs the 
risk of being refused support due to the size of the deployment based on
maximum tested and supported deployment sizes.
