The V002 analyzer reports usage of the deprecated [CIDRNetwork](https://godoc.org/github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-sdk/helper/validation#CIDRNetwork) validation function that should be replaced with [IsCIDRNetwork](https://godoc.org/github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-sdk/helper/validation#IsCIDRNetwork).
