The V004 analyzer reports usage of the deprecated [SingleIP](https://godoc.org/github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-sdk/helper/validation#SingleIP) validation function that should be replaced with [IsIPAddress](https://godoc.org/github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-sdk/helper/validation#IsIPAddress).
